How to install Oppo F1EX 11 OTA?
1) (recommend) backup your data via backup&restore app
1.1) Boot into TWRP recovery
1.2) (optional) make a full twrp backup
1.4) (recommend) wipe dalvik / system / [optional] data / cache
2.1) Flash the complete flashable zip of your current Color OS
2.2) Flash new OTA incremental update zip (if available)
3) (optional) for root, flash SuperSu (v2.78 stable is working for me)
4) (optional) restore data
5) Reboot
6) (optional) restore data via backup&restore app

It's easy fixed by deleting /data/data/com.oppo.ota folder then rebooting
